Most people only consider the monthly rent when comparing places to live. Ask the owner: How old are the appliances? (Ours are NEW 2006!!) How old is the central air and central furnace unit? (BOTH NEW 2006!!)
Remember, you will be paying utilities, so the newer and more energy efficient the appliances, heating, and A/C, the less you will pay. On top of newer appliances, this unit also has natural gas (less expensive than propane) and a newer roof.
When you live here you get to keep your precious, hard-earned money. Don't give it to the utility companies!
